Bought a new home and didn’t have Pool Fence installed around the majority of the pool. Called Dylan and he got out within just a couple of days, got a quote better than the competition and he did very clean work. He was even able to tune up the existing fence from the previous owners. I am truly blown away by the level of service with Jeff! He did a fantastic job, putting up a reliable and safe fence that was exactly what he promised it to be. Extremely knowledgeable.He is also a genuinely kind person and very easy to work with. We needed a pool fence up pretty quickly after we moved in and he made it happen. We had an excellent experience working with Dylan at Protect-A-Child Pool Fence of Palm Beach. From the beginning, Dylan was extremely responsive, polite, friendly, and professional. He was very respectful around our home, my wife, and our 5-month-old baby, and took the time to thoroughly explain the product, installation process, and answer all of our questions. We did a lot of research before making our decision and narrowed it down to Life Saver Pool Fence and Protect-A-Child. Ultimately, we chose Protect-A-Child because we felt their fence was the superior product in terms of construction, strength, and overall quality—and Dylan’s excellent service made the decision even easier. The entire process was painless and straightforward. The installation came out great, the fence feels extremely solid and well made, and the pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of the product and workmanship. As new parents, securing our pool was extremely important to us, and we feel very confident in our decision. Sam and his son Nick were wonderful! They were efficient and it was up in no time. I no longer have to worry if my grandkids are going to slip out the back door. They can play outside and have us not worry if they are going to slip in the pool. Honestly my reservations were how it was going to look. Didn’t want to feel enclosed. Reading testimonies of how people have lost children to accidental drownings was not worth of “how my pool would look”. Pictures don’t do this fence justice. He was super helpful, timely, professional. I really wish I would have just called him from the start. If I have any more pool fence needs I will definitely call Hunter. I would give Hunter more than 5 stars if I could! He’s now installed 2 baby gates for us for our pools and without a doubt his biggest priority is the safety of our kids. He is so kind, flexible with scheduling and so easy to work with. Pricing is affordable and the resort style auto close gates are a game changer in the baby gate game. Jason Flores from Protect-A-Child Pool Fence of Naples did a very nice job. He finished the entire job in one afternoon. He had a busy schedule so we had to wait a bit for our install. We are very pleased with the final result. Hats off to Jason. We have 12 grandkids with another on the way.  We really needed a strong and reliable temporary pool fence and gate. Jason worked with us to find the ideal configuration for our pool and cage. When I had a question regarding removing the temporary fence Jason got back to me right away. Jason did a fantastic job explaining and installing the safety fence. The fence was given to us by my son in law's brother and my son in law called Protect a Child on a Saturday and got a call back the same day, from Jason. He advised he would happily install the fence for us and we arranged a date and time and Jason was there to install it. The fence looks great and now my granddaughter can roam around the lanai while we sit and watch her without the worries of her falling into the pool. I was so impressed. They figured out a great system for my very irregular pool, and did on very short notice. I thought the price was reasonable and the service wonderful. He was willing to be on the phone to talk me through how to take it down and store it, and offered to come back next time I need to put it up (because I was not here for installation). The system worked so well for my 2 year old twin grandsons. They could play outside on the patio area safely and we didn’t have to be nervous about their safety. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and he really took his time to plan out how the fence would look around our pool. He is a true crafstman that takes pride in his work and it really shows! I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the pool fence company options around sacramento and they seemed overly complicated with all of the different fence and accessory options that I wasn't even sure we needed. We had a ripped portion of our fence that we originally had installed almost 3 years ago. They quickly responded and got someone to come out to fix it within a week. They were able to just replace the one panel that was ripped, rather than the whole section of fencing that it was attached to. It’s a new style of fencing that they created, so it’s unique to this company. I love that option, as it is cheaper to just replace one piece than a whole section of fencing! Great customer service. I called several fence installers local to us and Greg has the same good quality fence and most competitive prices, honestly. He had his guy install the fence, and he did a great job in a short amount of time. It looks good and it’s sturdy/safe.
