All Protect-A-Child Pool Fences (fence posts, mesh and latches) are backed with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the fence when installed by an authorized distributor.  (Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.)  Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Company will repair or replace any part of its pool fence posts, mesh or section latches found to be defective when used as a pool fence.  The customer shall have sole responsibility of reporting such defects.  The limit of liability will be the replacement of the part in question.  Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Company shall make the determination of defect in its sole discretion.

COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS POST WARRANTY.

In addition to our limited lifetime fence warranty we go a step further when you choose a Protect-A-Child Pool Fence incorporating our Quad Bilt solid core composite fiberglass support posts. The superior characteristics of these fiberglass support posts with their solid fiberglass core allow us to back them with a  limited lifetime warranty against both breakage and bending when used as a pool fence post on a Protect-A-Child Pool Fence.  Our limit of liability is the replacement of the post in question delivered to the customer for self replacement.  This unbreakable, unbendable warranty is the only one of its kind in the industry.

Because your pool fence is the first thing you see when admiring your pool, the last thing you want to see is a pool fence with bent, crooked support posts acting as its "picture frame".  With Protect-A-Child’s Quad Bilt solid core composite fiberglass posts, its superior strength, shock resistance, and stress resiliency, allows us to guarantee these fence posts will never break, become bent, or allow your pool fence to become crooked as a result of bent fence posts.

SELF CLOSING, SELF LATCHING GATES:

Protect-A-Child warrants the frame, mesh, and truss posts on our self closing, self latching gates to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Warranties of the latching mechanism and hinges are provided by the manufacturers of those parts and not Protect-A-Child.  Due to the removability feature of our self closing, self latching gates (incorrect reinstallation of which can cause misalignment issues) as well as the number of components required for gate operation that are not manufactured by Protect-A-Child, Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Co. does not warrant the operation, alignment, or security provided by self closing gates.  Parents should be aware that while self closing gates offer convenience, their mechanisms require constant supervision and maintenance the responsibility for which must be accepted by the purchaser.    

All warranties are to the original purchaser only at the original installation location when installed by an authorized Protect-A-Child distributor.   This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear and tear circumstances. This warranty does not cover deliberate acts, misuse, or acts of nature. The Quad-Bilt fiberglass post warranty covers breakage and bending under normal wear and tear and "pool fence" use circumstances.  Our sole liability for any and all warranty claims will be the replacement of the part in question.  There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
