Protect-A-Child Warranty
All Protect-A-Child Pool Fences are backed with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. As outlined in our product description, our mesh is of the highest quality proven in over 25 years of field experience. The strength and durability of our fence support posts is as much as twice the strength of many competing fence posts when tested in actual use, side by side comparisons. (See our FAQ section for data and test parameters) All remaining components including hardware, border materials and thread are of the highest quality available. This is how we can confidently back our fencing with such a warranty.

In addition to our standard lifetime fence warranty we go a step further when you select a Protect-A-Child Pool Fence incorporating our Quad Bilt 100% fiberglass composite support posts. The superior characteristics of these posts allow us to back them with a limited lifetime warranty against both breakage and bending under normal use circumstances.
This warranty is the only one of its kind in the industry. Because your pool fence is the first thing you see when admiring your pool, you don’t want a fence with bent, crooked support posts acting as its picture frame. It makes the entire fence (and your pool) unsightly. This is what can happen when children are playing around a fence supported with aluminum support posts. With Protect-A-Child’s Quad Bilt composite fiberglass posts, because of its superior strength, shock resistance, and stress resiliency, we can guarantee your posts will never become bent so your fence will always look great.
All warranties are to the original purchaser at the original installation location and cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear and tear circumstances. This warranty does not cover deliberate acts, misuse, or acts of nature. The Quad-Bilt warranty covers breakage and bending under normal wear and tear circumstances.
