Mike, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner but lots of driving and family time this weekend and it was tough to break free. The fence looks great and passed the initial test of letting Jack try to defeat it for about an hour before he gave up. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we'll give it a good test this weekend. The product and service seem great so far so I would certainly recommend you. Also enjoyed meeting your son, seems like a cool kid. And my dad loves the hat.

This product is a must for all grandparents!! We have had our Protect-A-child fence since 2006. When we had to replace the plugs (in 2013) Sandy and Leo from Ocala, Florida. were right there to help get us the replacements. I would recommend this fence to anyone that wants piece of mind when their grandchildren visit!!

I have just two comments. FIrst, concerning the product. We put in a pool fence as protection against our young grandchildren accidently entering into the pool area (of course they are always with an adult but you know how it is, turn your head for 1 second and they are off like a shot). The strength of the fence is excellent. I have observed the little ones leaning on the fence and it is rock solid. It gives both my wife and i great comfort knowing that our grandchildren will not accidently wonder where they are not supposed to be. Second, concerning the installation. Michael Floriano, out of Chesapeake VA, did our installation (we live just across the border in NC). Michael and his team were extremely professional. from our initial contact through installation they were outstanding - it was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Fence went in great brent! Lots of impressed grandparents at the party. I had the fence up the same day I met you so it went real smooth. The average person with limited hand/tool inclination should avoid attempting to install the fence. It would be worth it to them to pay your reasonable cost. But I wanted to do it for personal reasons. Your tips and heads up were a huge help. Although with a roto hammer as opposed to your diamond/guided drill, the degree of the hole is not as easily done. I'd refer anyone interested in a good person to assist them in a safety fence to you and your product. I even had some of the kids test the fence at the party cause I wanted reassurance. They bounced on it, pulled and pushed the post and could not get into the pool area. Hurricane winds rolled through pattytown and the fence didnt move. So, all good things. We moved into our new home in Tucson with a wonderful backyard and swimming pool. Within a year, we surprising had identical twin daughters on board. This made our backyard dangerous for the family and we struggled to think of a design that would be safe, functional, and look nice. Chris and his crew had the perfect solution at a fair price. We not only went with a fence around our pool, but also added a fence around the above ground hot tub, a gate to the pool equipment, and two shade sail systems. We could not be more delighted! When the kids get older, much older, we can take it down and store it for the grand kids :-) As an engineering professor, I could readily appreciate the brilliant design. It allows the flexibility to remove a section or even the entire fence if we desire. At first use, the poles may seem tight to get in and out, but we have found that those we remove frequently loosen up enough to remove quickly, yet, not easy enough for the kids to figure it out (not even the 6 year old can get it open). Beyond the product, Chris and his staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Literally the best group of people we have met yet for any professional services at our home. I wish more crews could be so professional! I give this product and crew my absolutely highest recommendation!
