Little fingers can't open our patented Point-Lock Secure Latch. It is the only latch with a US Patent. The butterfly mechanism can't be manipulated and the jam nut completely disables the butterfly. In addition, this latch is adjustable in length for easier operation. Compare that with common safety gate hooks easily defeated by a child with a simple up and back motion with one finger. Once unlatched a child could squeeze through to the pool. This latch uniquely eliminates the reliance upon fence tension as the primary means of making the latch too tight to open.
